Data Deletion

How to delete data held by the Adorn service, operated by Avocado Blvd LLC.

Last updated: October 16, 2026.

1. What Adorn Stores

Adorn is a business tool. We store catalog and product data for the merchant accounts that connect to us, so we can render designed product images and serve a product catalog feed. We do not build profiles of individual people.

2. Disconnect One Platform

You can remove a single connected platform without deleting your account. In Adorn settings, disconnect TikTok, Pinterest or Snapchat, and Adorn removes that platform's stored access credential and its connection record, so Adorn can no longer reach that platform on your behalf.

Disconnecting Meta in Adorn settings removes the connection record only. The stored access credential for Meta stays until your account is deleted. To stop it working sooner, remove Adorn from the business integrations in your Meta settings.

Shopify is not disconnected from Adorn settings. Uninstall the Adorn app in your Shopify admin, and Adorn deletes the stored Shopify access credential. Your other connections and your designs are untouched.

3. Delete Your Whole Account

There is no delete button in Adorn. When you ask us to delete your account, a person at Adorn runs the deletion, which removes:

  • your store's account record
  • your settings, designs and templates, and their edit history
  • your team membership records and any pending invites
  • every stored platform access credential
  • your Shopify and Meta connection records
  • your product and catalog data
  • the records of the images Adorn rendered for you, and your test results
  • every file Adorn stored for your store, including the rendered images and any images you uploaded, except a bill you uploaded for the bill credit offer

A bill you uploaded for the bill credit offer is deleted on that offer's own schedule, which our privacy policy describes, not when your account is deleted. We keep the record of each bill credit claim, including the amount and our decision, permanently, so each store and each email address gets one credit. When we delete your account, we delete the store name you typed on your store's claim and replace your email address and the bill's invoice number with a scrambled fingerprint, which only lets us recognize a repeat claim.

4. How to Request Deletion

Send the request through the form at /support, or email support@useadorn.com from the address on the account. Those are the only ways to ask; there is no self-serve delete button. We reply by email when it is done.

5. Platform-Initiated Deletion

We also act on deletion requests that come from a connected platform rather than from you. Our endpoint at /webhooks/shopify/compliance checks and answers Shopify's customers/data_request, customers/redact and shop/redact requests. Adorn keeps information about your shoppers' orders only if you turn on Sales from Shopify orders, and Adorn does not offer that feature today, so it holds none now. Where it does, it keeps one row for each product in an order, with no name, email address, phone number or postal address. For customers/redact, Adorn deletes the rows for the orders Shopify names in that store. For customers/data_request, Adorn's team is told which rows Adorn holds for the orders Shopify names, and sends them to you, the store owner, within 30 days of the request. Shopify sends shop/redact after a store uninstalls the app. Unless the store has installed Adorn again by then, Adorn deletes everything it holds that came from that store:

  • the store's products, and every other product in the same Adorn workspace
  • the designed images and other files Adorn made from those products, and the records of them
  • the AI work and the performance history for those products
  • the stored Shopify access credential
  • the link between that store and your Adorn account

Adorn does not record which source each product came from. That is why the deletion reaches products from other sources too. If that workspace also gets products from another source, that source adds them back on its next sync. Their past performance history does not come back. Adorn keeps what you made yourself, such as your templates, brand settings and uploaded images. It also keeps your team, your other connections, and your billing and audit records. Records of what AI and video work cost are kept too, without saying which products the work was for. The record of a bill credit claim for that store stays, as Section 3 describes for a deleted account: Adorn deletes the store name typed on the claim and replaces the email address and the bill's invoice number with a scrambled fingerprint, which only lets Adorn recognize a repeat claim.

If nobody ever signed in to finish setting up the workspace the install created, Adorn deletes that whole workspace, apart from billing and audit records.

Adorn deletes nothing for Shopify's request in four cases: the workspace is one Adorn protects from automatic deletion; the store is connected through a custom Shopify app built for that store alone; Adorn's access to the store came from another Shopify app; or the store has installed Adorn again and Shopify confirms that access still works. The workspace then stays as it is. A custom app built for the store sends its own request, and Adorn deletes that app's stored access credential when it does. To have anything else deleted, ask us as Section 4 describes.
