What the Pinterest card in Settings shows before and after a connection, and what its waiting and turned down messages mean.

The Pinterest card

The Pinterest card has a Connect Pinterest button. The Pinterest card is in Settings, under Sales channels.

Only an owner of your store sees this button.

Only an owner of your store can connect, set up or disconnect Pinterest.

Once the card says Connected

Once the card says Connected, Adorn sets up your Pinterest catalog, and the card then reads Your designed feed is registered. From then on, Pinterest reads your feed about once a day.

Your feed then shows up both as organic Pins and as the source for Pinterest ads, and Pinterest doesn't offer a way to show it in ads only.

An owner can then press Sync markets to channels after adding a market, or Disconnect to remove Adorn's access to your Pinterest account.

Waiting on Pinterest

If Pinterest has not yet granted Adorn Standard access, the card says your catalog upload waits on Pinterest. There is nothing to press on the card while you wait.

Catalog turned down

If Pinterest turns down the catalog details Adorn sent, the card says your catalog is not on Pinterest. The card also says the fix is on Adorn's side and there is nothing to change in your Pinterest account, and an owner can press Try again.

Website not claimed

If your store's website is not claimed on your Pinterest account, the card says Pinterest needs it claimed before it accepts your catalog. Claim it in your Pinterest settings under Link to Pinterest, then an owner presses Try again on the card.
