Plans and billing

Understand the plan ladder and its catalog limits, start your 14-day free trial, subscribe through secure checkout, and manage your subscription in the billing portal.

Plans

Adorn has three self-serve monthly plans in US dollars, plus a quoted Enterprise plan for stores that need unlimited products. Every plan includes every feature: 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 renders, core templates, hourly auto-refresh, A/B variants, the priority list, and all product facts to match on. Connect Pinterest and every product also renders at 2:3, Pinterest's own 1000x1500 Pin size. The only thing that changes between plans is how many products your feed can cover, and every plan renders and auto-refreshes designed images for every product within that limit.

  • Starter - $189/mo, up to 3,000 products
  • Growth - $479/mo, up to 15,000 products
  • Scale - $949/mo, up to 50,000 products
  • Enterprise - contact us, unlimited products, quoted for your catalog

The Plan & billing panel lists Starter, Growth, and Scale side by side, each card showing its monthly price, product limit, and included features, with a Subscribe button on the plan you pick. Enterprise has no Subscribe button and no public price: you arrange it by talking to us, and we quote it for your catalog.

Your 14-day free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Choose a plan to begin: you get full access with no charge, and billing only starts when the trial ends. You can cancel any time before then and pay nothing.

Starting a subscription

  1. Open Plan & billing from your account.
  2. Pick a plan and select Subscribe. Adorn opens secure hosted checkout in a new tab.
  3. Enter your details there. When checkout completes, the panel updates to show your active plan.

Payment details are entered in the hosted checkout, never in Adorn itself. Your card details never touch the Adorn app.

Managing your subscription

The Plan & billing panel shows a status pill - Trial, Active, Payment issue, or Canceled - plus your renewal date. To change anything, select Manage billing to open the secure customer portal.

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

If a payment fails, the panel shows a Payment issue warning and a Manage billing button so you can fix it and keep your feed refreshing.

Catalog usage

The panel shows how many products you have against your plan's limit, for example 12,360 of 15,000 products. If you reach the limit, new products stop being added to your feed. Everything already in your feed keeps rendering and refreshing, and your ads keep running, so nothing you are already advertising is affected. Upgrading lifts the limit straight away and the next sync adds the products that were waiting.
