Cancel, uninstall or delete your data

Three ways to leave

Canceling your plan, removing Adorn from your Shopify store and deleting your account each do something different, so read the one you need.

Cancel your plan

Who can do this: Owners only.

If you pay by card, you manage your subscription in the secure customer portal. If your plan is billed through Shopify, you change or cancel it in Shopify instead.

To cancel a plan paid by card, open Plan & billing, press Manage billing and cancel in the portal. Plan & billing shows the date your access ends while your plan runs on, and Canceled once it has ended. Your feed then stays off until you press Reactivate and choose a plan.

If your plan is billed through Shopify, open Plan & billing and select Change plan in Shopify.

To cancel, choose the Free plan on that page. Your paid plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Removing Adorn from your Shopify store also ends your plan, and about 48 hours later Shopify asks Adorn to erase your products and designed images, unless you install Adorn again before then.

Remove Adorn from your Shopify store

If you installed Adorn from Shopify, you remove it in your Shopify admin. Adorn then deletes the access to your Shopify store that it kept.

About 48 hours after you remove Adorn, Shopify asks Adorn to erase your store's products and designed images, unless you install Adorn again before then. What you made yourself, such as your templates and brand settings, is kept.

Delete your data

There is no delete button in Adorn. To have your whole account deleted, ask through the support form at useadorn.com/support, or by email from the address on your account.
