Publish and go live
Checked against the app on October 17, 2026
Send your changes to your feed: the publish flow, the check before your first go-live, approval when it is on, and what you see once a change is published.
Publish your changes
Your edits in the editor save as a draft on their own, and your feed stays as it is until you publish.
- Press Publish in the top bar. Review opens and shows the template, its sizes and markets, which products get new images and your channels. Press Next.

Review shows what this publish changes before anything goes live. - Press Ship it.

Nothing goes live until you press this button.
In the Checks section, Review runs four checks on the sample product in your preview: Text fits, Images drawn, Clear of platform buttons and Text readable on its color. Clear of platform buttons checks every size the template makes, and the other three check the size you are previewing. Each check reads Passed, says what it found, or reads Not checked with the reason. A problem never stops you publishing, and you can still press Ship it.
On the Templates page, a card's menu can publish a draft or paused template with Publish, and Unpublish pauses a live one.
Your first go-live
The first time your store publishes, Publish opens Go live instead: a check that everything is ready before your first designs go out. Each row is either ready or says what to fix, and a button beside it opens the right place in Settings.

Publish & go live stays off until each row that must be ready is ready. A row such as A price source per market only warns you and never holds you back. Go live opens again on a later publish if something it needs stops being ready.
The Meta step
With Meta connected, Go live also reminds you of the one step to take in Meta Commerce Manager: set your Adorn feed as top priority for Image.
- Once you have done it, tick I've done this in Commerce Manager.

Every other check here is ready, so only this reminder is left.
This reminder never holds you back.
When a publish needs approval
Who can do this: Owners and reviewers only.
When an owner turns on Require approval to publish in Settings, under Team & roles, a publish by an editor waits in the review queue instead of going live, and the editor's top bar reads Waiting for approval. Owners and reviewers still publish straight away.

Owners and reviewers open Review queue at the top of Adorn. Approve publishes the change, and Reject sends it back to draft with an optional reason that the person who sent it can read.
Once it is published
After a publish from the editor, Published shows your feed addresses, each with a Copy button, and What's next lists the steps to take in Meta Commerce Manager. Press Done to go back to the editor.

The top bar then reads Published until you make another change.
