The Store health page
Checked against the app on October 17, 2026
What the Store health page checks, what each row's state means, and where a problem code leads.
The Store health page
Store health, in Settings, checks the parts of your store that get your designs into your ads, and says for each one whether it is working.

The top of the card sums up what Adorn found and when it last checked. To check again now, press Check again.
Everyone at your store can see Store health. A button that changes a connection or your plan works only for an owner, so the row tells anyone else to ask an owner.
The checks
Each row is one check, in this order:
- Products come in
- Products refresh on schedule
- Your catalog fits your plan
- Product data is complete
- Designs render
- Which products get a design
- Channels are connected
- Meta shows your designs
- Channels collect your feed
- AI images keep up
- Billing is in good standing
- Alerts reach someone
A row gives its state, a sentence saying what Adorn found, and when it checked. A row with a problem also gives its code, the Why this happens link to what the code means, and the fix: a button that opens the page where you make it, or the Contact support button when the fix is on our side.
What each state means
Each row reads one of these states, and each one is explained below:
- Working
- Needs attention
- Not working
- Not set up
- Not checked yet
- Alerts muted
Working
The check found nothing wrong, and its sentence says what Adorn read, such as where your products came from on the last sync.

Needs attention
Something needs a look. The row says what it affects, gives its code and offers the fix.

Not working
This part of your store is not doing its job, for example products are not coming in or your feed is off. The row says what it affects, gives its code and offers the fix.

Not set up
This part is not in use on your store, such as AI images you have not turned on, or a check the free plan does not include. That is fine if you do not need it, and the top of the card counts these rows apart from problems.

Not checked yet
Adorn could not take the reading this check needs, so the row says nothing about whether that part works. Its Why this happens link opens the steps to try.

Alerts muted
Alert emails for your store are held until the date the row gives, so nothing is emailed about your store before then. This is set on our side, and the row offers the Contact support button.

What a code tells you
A row with a problem gives a code, such as AD-SYNC-RECONNECT. The Why this happens link beside it opens that code's section in Troubleshooting by code, which says what it affects, how to fix it and who fixes it. Some problems also reach you in the notifications bell or an alert email, with the same code.

When the fix is on our side, the Contact support button on the row opens the support form with the row's code already included in your message.
